Reliv International, Inc. is looking for a team oriented full-time Customer Service Representative to work onsite at the Chesterfield, MO corporate office.  The Reliv Distributor Service Center works to provide top-notch Customer Service for Reliv distributors and customers.  This role will place orders, answer phone calls, and perform data entry on multiple software programs.  You will learn Reliv compensation plan, policies and procedures to support to Reliv distributors.  This role has developmental paths for growth for the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Answers telephone and provide data entry/information/assistance in accordance with Reliv's policies and procedures.
  2. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  3. Respond to callers according to established procedures, communicating when possible the resolution to the customer's inquiry during the initial contact, as concisely, accurately and efficiently as possible, or resolving as determined by management.
  4. Respond or follow up on inquiries as outlined in department procedures or determined by management.
  5. Identify and escalate repetitive questions/problems so that the corrective action can be taken.
  6. Complete all forms accurately within the time parameters outlined in the department procedure manual, and/or specified by management.
  7. Create/maintain effective working relationships with all customers, co-workers, and other departments to help achieve total customer satisfaction and company goals.
  8. Must report to work prepared to take calls at the specified scheduled times. Attendance is an essential function of this role.
  9. Must consistently enter orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining an overall monitoring score of 95% or better.
  10. Communicate and explain the company's policies and procedures, compensation plan and statements accurately.
  11. Work in collaboration with other CSR's, supervisors and managers to ensure that best practices are shared.
  12. Must have and maintain excellent attendance record.
  13. Ability to work from home as requested by management (i.e. inclement weather, natural disaster) and adhering to all work from home and attendance policies set forth by Reliv.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  1. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, such as, Outlook, Word, Excel and other applicable programs.
  2. Ability to listen attentively to callers and demonstrate empathy.
  3. Must be a team player and know how to work well with others.
  4. Requires research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
  5. Attention to detail.
  6. Must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  7. Requires effective oral and written communication skills.
  8. Bi-lingual oral and written skills a plus.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or
  2. Associate or bachelor's degree with courses related to business administration or communications.
  3. Two (2) years of customer service/call center experience.
  4. Any similar combination of education and/or experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require occasional overtime when business needs dictate. Willing to travel when needed for Reliv's events and conferences.  (this could happen maybe once or twice a year at most for just a few days at a time)
