Reliv International, Inc. is looking for a team oriented full-time Supervisor, Distributor Service Center.  The Reliv Distributor Service Center works to provide top-notch Customer Service for Reliv distributors and customers.  This role will supervise the Customer Service Representatives on the floor as well as place orders, answer phone calls, and perform data entry on multiple software programs when needed.  You will learn Reliv compensation plan, policies and procedures to support to Reliv distributors. 


  • Communicates with customers through the phone or email to resolve issues 
  • Works in a team environment
  • Assists DSC Manager in appraising and monitoring performance of DSC staff including but not limited to training representatives, planning, assigning and directing tasks
  • Supports the department's goal of providing customer service by addressing complaints and finding solutions that ensures customer satisfaction


  • Work with DSC Manager to implement strategic business plan goals
  • Tracks and periodically reports progress to management
  • Maintain current written procedures for all functions
  • Provide quality assurance by monitoring phone calls and paperwork
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee/customer information
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of the department
  • Communicate effectively updates and/or changes
  • Adhere to budget guidelines for the department
  • Be a contributing member of the DSC by assisting representatives and suggesting solutions to prevent recurrence of issues
  • Use sound judgement to make decisions after researching and obtaining any needed approvals
  • Adheres to Reliv policies and procedures
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Overtime, holidays, weekends and remote work may be required
  • Performs other related duties as required


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Research and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer/employee issues
  • Excellent customer service
  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree with courses related to business administration or communications
  • Up to five (5) years of customer service and/or supervisory experience
